Julia Fox admits 'capsules' are not helping her silence 'ADHD'

Julia Fox is touching upon her struggles intellectual health struggles.

speaking to her fans on a brand new TikTok, the Uncut gems star says she faces problems with consistency in productivity.  

The 32-year-antique shared: “I have bouts of, like, top-notch productivity, wherein I’m, like, on a pinnacle of the arena, and simply feeling like I'm invincible. after which I've moments of, like, deep, deep, deep, stagnant kind of feeling. Like I just can’t f- -king circulate.”

“ADHD is simply hard,” she went on to mention. “I have a bit little bit of OCD as nicely, which I simply found out.

“I used to depend on the quantity of letters interior of phrases in my head, and I’d constantly need them to attain to ten.”

speaking about her strategies to counter the issue, Julia brought: “The weed quiets down the OCD. however, it no longer assists with the productivity problem with ADHD. It’s simply too much!”
